The INRG task force has continued to expand the data available in the database and the research conducted with those data. The task force includes 159 people from 26 countries.

The activities of the task force are directed by the INRG Executive Committee, chaired by Julie Park, Gudrun Schleiermacher, Meredith Irwin, and Lucas Moreno.
The work is accomplished through these committees:

- Data, co-chaired by Mark Applebaum and Carolina Rosswog
- Relapse, co-chaired by Meg Macy and Pablo Berlanga
- Statistics, co-chaired by Wendy London and Urlike Pötschger
- Strategy Development, co-chaired by Sara Federico, Daniel Morgenstern, and Lieve Tytgat
